Friends of Union Valley LLC has officially filed a lawsuit against the TCEQ for issuing Dry Creek Materials an Air Permit to Crush Concrete in Union Valley. (See the News page for the official filing).

We anticipate needing $38,000 more to complete this phase. No donation is too small or too large and have ranged from $20 – $3,000 each. If we all do a little, no one has to do it all.    

The Friends of Union Valley LLC is filed with the State of Texas for the sole purpose of opposing the Highway 276 Concrete Crusher and all donations received will be used for this purpose only. The three ways to contribute are:
